Web 2.0 is all about people. The information generated by the people are also consumed by the people.
The information gained leads to development. Therefore, Web 2.0 is all about participatory web for development.
the Training among other things afforded me the opportunity to open my own blog. I am not the same again in terms of wealth of new knowledge gained.
